By placing an order with MakeProWeb, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
MakeProWeb provides professional WordPress website development, website redesign, WooCommerce development, website maintenance, and related web services.
The scope of work for each project will be based on the agreed quotation, package, or written communication.
Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.
The client is responsible for providing all required resources necessary to complete the project, including but not limited to:
Domain name
Web hosting
Website content (text, images, videos, documents, etc.)
Premium WordPress themes (if required)
Premium plugins (if required)
Third-party software, APIs, licenses, or add-ons required by the project
Brand assets such as logos, fonts, and style guides
If MakeProWeb purchases any third-party products on behalf of the client, the cost will be billed separately unless otherwise agreed.
Delays in providing required materials may result in project delays.
Unless a custom design is specifically purchased and agreed upon in writing, MakeProWeb will develop the website using our own professional design approach and layout based on industry best practices.
Clients requesting a specific design, functionality, or feature must confirm those requirements before placing an order.
Features or design requests added after the project has started may require additional development time and additional charges.
Our standard website packages include up to 2–3 rounds of revisions, depending on the purchased package.
A revision refers to minor adjustments to the existing design, layout, colors, typography, spacing, or content.
The following are not considered revisions:
Complete homepage redesign
New pages
New functionality
Major layout changes
Feature additions
Design changes beyond the approved concept
Additional revisions or changes beyond the included limit may incur additional charges.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the website during development.
Once the client approves the completed website or the website is delivered, the project will be considered completed.
Future modifications will be treated as new work unless covered by a maintenance agreement.
Payment terms will be agreed before work begins.
Projects may require partial or full payment in advance.
Outstanding balances must be paid before final website delivery or transfer of files, unless otherwise agreed.
Due to the nature of digital services and custom website development, all payments made to MakeProWeb are final and non-refundable.
Once work has commenced, no refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be accepted for completed or partially completed services.
Upon completion and final payment, the client will receive the agreed website login credentials and administrative access.
After these credentials have been delivered, the client assumes full responsibility for the management and security of the website.
MakeProWeb shall not be held responsible for:
Website hacking
Malware infections
Data loss
Website damage
Unauthorized access
Content deletion
Third-party attacks
Security breaches
Changes made by the client or any third party
We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups, security updates, and professional website maintenance.
The client is solely responsible for renewing and maintaining:
Domain registration
Web hosting
SSL certificates
Premium themes
Premium plugins
Third-party software licenses
APIs
Website assets
Email hosting (if applicable)
Failure to renew these services may result in website downtime, loss of functionality, data loss, or permanent suspension.
MakeProWeb is not responsible for any issues arising from expired services or licenses.
Some websites may rely on third-party services including payment gateways, APIs, booking systems, CRMs, or marketing tools.
MakeProWeb cannot guarantee the continued availability, pricing, compatibility, or functionality of any third-party service.
Any future changes made by third-party providers may require additional development work.
Unless the client has purchased a website maintenance plan, ongoing updates, security monitoring, backups, plugin updates, content changes, or technical support are not included after project completion.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MakeProWeb reserves the right to display completed client projects as part of our portfolio.
This may include:
Our website
Social media platforms
Marketing materials
Presentations
Case studies
Promotional advertisements
We will not disclose confidential business information while showcasing completed work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeProWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or financial damages arising from the use of our services or the client’s website.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Loss of business
Loss of revenue
Loss of data
Search engine ranking changes
Website downtime
Cyber attacks
Third-party software failures
MakeProWeb reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
MakeProWeb provides professional website development and related technical services only.
Unless explicitly agreed in writing as part of a separate marketing service, we do not guarantee any specific business, marketing, or advertising results, including but not limited to:
Search engine rankings (SEO)
Google indexing or search visibility
Google Business Profile rankings
Organic website traffic
Sales or revenue
Lead generation
Conversion rates
Social media growth or engagement
Google Ads performance
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads performance
TikTok Ads performance
YouTube Ads performance
Bing Ads or any other advertising platform
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Cost Per Click (CPC)
Any other digital marketing or advertising outcome
Marketing performance depends on numerous factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, advertising budgets, audience targeting, content quality, search engine algorithms, third-party platform policies, and client business operations.
Accordingly, MakeProWeb makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding SEO performance, advertising results, website traffic, rankings, leads, sales, or any other marketing outcome.
Clients acknowledge that purchasing a website or any related service from MakeProWeb does not guarantee increased traffic, higher rankings, more enquiries, sales, or business growth.
